City of Gold Coast Council is issuing an Invitation to Offer for the Operation of Commercial Aquatic Recreational Activities on Council Controlled Sites, for a period of three years, by one or more suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Contractor/s.

10 sites have been identified across the city and the type of activities to be considered include:
• Motorised operations (jet skis, paraflying, etc.) where not restricted
• Water parks - inflatable slides and other equipment • Inflatable 'water' ball
• Kayaking
• Stand up paddle boarding
• Various amusement equipment (water related)
• Traditional non-motorised activities such as canoeing and other water crafts
• Related activities (eg bicycle hire) that could complement an aquatic permit
• Other suitable activities subject to Trustee’s evaluation and approval. Successful Offerors will be required to enter into a Trustee Permit or Licence depending on the site location.
