About the role
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of customer service strategies, and the ability to optimize performance across various customer touchpoints.
Prepare regular reports on customer service performance, including feedback trends, issues resolution, and team productivity
Coordinate training and upskilling the team
Dealing with escalated customer complaints
Driving sales through efficient customer service
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures that align with the company
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will need:
A customer-centric approach to your work
A caring and nurturing approach to management
Ability to interpret data and implement change
Able to foster great working relationships with your colleagues
Previous experience in a product-based customer service role
Previous experience managing a team of people preferred but if you are not at leadership level yet we are still interested.
What we can offer
Hybrid work available, preference is working in the Sydney office but for the right candidate we are flexible
Full time role is 33 hours a week but we would be open to slightly reduced hours for the right candidate.
