About the role
Opportunity:
We’re seeking an experienced subcontractor crew leader to manage pool construction projects in FNQ. Ideal for a small team or independent contractor with leadership experience and a hands-on approach to quality builds.
Scope of Work:
· Lead a pool construction crew on residential and commercial builds
· Apply skills in steel fixing, concreting, plumbing, and formwork
· Liaise with our in-house project management team for smooth delivery
· Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety
Requirements:
· Must hold a valid Construction Blue/White Card
· Proven experience leading construction crews
· Fully equipped and insured
· FNQ-based preferred (or willing to travel)
