About the role

About the role

Based in our brand-new Corporate Headquarters in Ipswich, the Administration Officer works closely with our two Commercial Business Development Managers to support their day-to-day sales functions.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to inbound commercial sales enquiries via our website, phone, and email, collecting key project details, and accurately entering information into our specialised software.

  • Collating project and site information to assist in preparing accurate assessments and recommendations for each project.

  • Liaising with our Commercial Business Development Managers to identify suitable product solutions and generate detailed pool heating evaluation reports.

  • Proactively following up with clients, contractors, and consultants to monitor project progress, verify details, meet timelines, and ensure clear communication throughout the sales and delivery process.

  • Working closely with the EvoHeat Operations team to support freight quoting, logistics coordination, customer account setup, payment processing, and service follow-up.

  • Reviewing tender documents and assisting in the tracking of future project opportunities.

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

About you!

You’re a highly organised professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for providing outstanding administrative support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of two years’ experience in administration, sales support or project coordination.

You’ll also bring:

  • A strong track record in delivering high-level administrative or project support.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a knack for understanding, interpreting, and presenting technical information and data accurately.

  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive, approachable style.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • A collaborative team spirit and a willingness to grow with the business.

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or HVAC sectors is a plus, but more importantly, we value enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to learn.
