Interview with Kristin Brookfield at SPLASH! 2026

What a SPLASH! Kristin Bookfield, CEO of SPASA, reflects on the incredible success of SPLASH! 2026, an event two years in the making and one of the biggest the team has ever delivered.

With a record 140 exhibitors, Kristin says the energy across the show floor was undeniable, with exhibitors truly dialling it up a notch and creating a fantastic atmosphere throughout the hall. From the seminar stage and masterclasses to networking opportunities, the ALL-INdustry Welcome Event and the Awards of Excellence, SPLASH! 2026 brought together education, connection and celebration in equal measure.

More than 1,000 people came together for the ALL-INdustry Welcome Event, while the Awards of Excellence attracted record attendance and an equally high number of entries, another sign of the strength and enthusiasm of the industry.

Kristin also thanks the event partners, activation partners, exhibitors and the SPASA team who helped bring it all to life. After two years of planning, she says she’d happily go back tomorrow and do it all over again.

And with SPLASH! 2026 setting the bar so high, we’re already excited to see what 2028 will bring.
